Pay depends on the role and performance. Trades believes heavily in performance based pay with unlimited upside. Specific rates and structure details are discussed during the interview process.
Schedules vary depending on the position, business needs, and customer demand. Because we are committed to serving our customers, our operations are open 363 days a year. At the same time, we value work-life balance and offer a competitive Paid Time Off (PTO) program, along with holiday pay for eligible employees.
If overtime is earned for eligible positions, overtime pay will be paid in accordance with applicable federal and state wage and hour laws.
A Working Trial (WT) is used only for Excavation positions to evaluate a candidate's skills, experience, and ability to safely operate equipment and perform the essential functions of the job.
During the Working Trial, individuals are paid an hourly rate for all hours worked. At the conclusion of the Working Trial, candidates who successfully meet performance expectations may be offered an official position with the company.
